Moose Rates

Our campground is located on 180 beautiful acres in Fort Ann. We’re going to offer short term, rental, and seasonal sites. We will specialize in large group accommodations. As you can imagine, there is a lot of red tape and unforeseen delays involved with a project of this magnitude. We wanted to reassure you that we are moving as quickly as possible, but we can only go as fast as the agencies will allow us too. Tours will be scheduled closer to the completion of our campground.

Our rates for our short term and rental units will be released when we have a better feel for our GRAND OPENING date.

Our seasonal rate will include sewer, water, cable, and winter storage (electrical will be metered 20, 30 or 50 amp service). All seasonal sites are approximately 40’ wide and 60’ deep. The rate will be $3,500 plus electric. A payment plan will be incorporated at a later date. Rules and restrictions will apply. Our camping season will be May 1 to October 31 (weather permitting). For our first year seasonal campers your site fee will be adjusted to date of grand opening.
